*Claims for any missing or damaged items must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.

*Photo's of damaged items must be emailed to sales@southernswankwholesale.com within 72 hours of receipt.

*All items are made to order and no returns are accepted. No refunds will be made.

*We are unable to cancel orders after they have been submitted.

*We are unable to make any adjustments, or additions, to orders after they have been submitted.
